Returns: SHISHIDOMIA doesn’t offer returns or exchanges, however, if there’s something wrong with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@shishidomia.com

Refunds: Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items, so just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll sort that out for you.

Late or missing refunds: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

Exchanges: SHISHIDOMIA doesn't offer exchanges. Please always make sure to check out our sizing charts before placing any order.
